Rich Schluter

Richard F. Schluter is a partner with McCormick Law Firm. He has practiced law since 1993 and concentrates his practice on litigation in both state and federal courts. He primarily represents insurers and their insureds in the defense of medical malpractice, professional negligence, product liability, accident, and commercial cases. 

Rich graduated from Colgate University in 1990 (B.A. in Political Science and English),
and received his law degree, with honors, from the Boston University School of Law in 1993. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Lycoming Law Association.

He and his wife, Beth, are the parents of two children.
