Wilf graduated with honors in 1996 from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a minor in Theatre. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2002.

Wilf practices in the areas of estate planning and wills, commercial and corporate law, real estate, and decedent's estates. He is a member of the Lycoming Law Association, Northcentral Pennsylvania Estate Planners Council, Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is the President of the Kiwanis Club of Williamsport.

He lives with his wife and two children in South Williamsport.
